Who is the E-Learning Academy e-coach?

Alison Bickford is Director and Principal E-Learning Consultant for CONNECT THINKING®. Alison has been working in the organisational e-learning training space since 2002. Her expertise embraces learning design in all forms of e-learning tools and platforms, including social media. At the heart of her practice is a practical approach to e-learning training. In today's organisational milieu, Alison helps practitioners to develop learning solutions that provide tangible benefits to the business, HR strategy and the employee.

Alison began her formal studies in 2003. Alison has a Graduate Diploma in Facilitating and Managing E-Learning, a Master of Arts in E-Learning and is writing her doctoral thesis entitled Examination of virtual learning spaces within a corporate context: Design and practice implications.
