Alison thanks for sharing with us a clear example of blended learning. And you’re right that an incremental approach to introducing new integrated media is a good way to do this. As well as formal learning programmes of course, with content delivered by e-learning or face to face, many learners today will be looking for collaborative interaction too. My own experience suggests that younger people entering the workforce are most likely to adopt this form of learning enthusiastically – in fact they expect it. How would you see collaboration being integrated into a blended learning program?
